Unlike mass-produced items, each PAWLITA accessory is hand-made to order. This means we begin crafting your specific items once your order is confirmed.

2. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

Shipping Rates: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over [1500 TL]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your hand-made item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us immediately at hello@thepawlita.com. Since our items are hand-made, we will prioritize a replacement or resolution for you.
